At Charts & Carts your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know that on rare occasions it is necessary to exchange or return an item. Simply contact Charts & Carts within 30 days of your purchase and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).  All returning merchandise must be authorized by the Charts & Carts.  We will either exchange it for another item, credit your account or give you your money back

Upon receiving your Return Goods Authorization, you may return the item in the original packaging by using either the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. If you are returning an item, you should receive credit on your account within one week from the date we receive your return. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note: All made-to-order product is non-refundable. Stock folders with installed fasteners are considered to be made-to-order.
